Pre, Mid, Post
You will now see pictures of me scantly dressed. You have been warned. But here is the difference from P90X. Not huge, but still there is some progress. Pretty good for a near 40 year old. I am just proud that I finished all 90 days. This is before P90X, and 60 days, and finish. Can you tell which is which? I look so good in all of them that it is hard to tell.

I would have to see more pictures...you are far away and that is just one pose. I am ending week one of P90X and I cannot move! Will let you know how it turns out...
You're right, you look so good in all of them it's hard to tell. Luckily I recognize your house, so I can tell a little :) . . . and you showed me your after pictures. But really, your arms are buffed in all of them. It's your waist that looks more trim. I wouldn't mind my waist looking more trim.
